All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Tracking available
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Elara Wear Shop purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Hygiene Policy: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bras and bottoms (including shorts) unless they are defective or incorrect items. Please check sizing carefully before ordering these products.
How to Return an Item

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (based on your location)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely and include:
- The original packing slip or order confirmation
- Your return authorization number clearly visible
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches our facility.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the original
- If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
